近日，纽约——菲肖夫国家室内乐协会（Fischoff National Chamber Music Association）日前宣布，阿莫铜管乐团（Amo Brass）荣获本年度安·迪瓦恩教育家奖（Ann Divine Educator Award）。该奖项授予菲肖夫国际音乐比赛的优秀校友中，在教育推广领域展现出卓越创造力并对全美青少年产生显著影响的音乐家。
阿莫铜管乐团由五位耶鲁大学校友组成：小号手康纳·霍兰德（耶鲁21届音乐硕士、22届音乐艺术硕士）、乔什·比亚尔金（耶鲁22届音乐硕士、23届音乐艺术硕士），圆号手奥利维亚·马丁内斯（耶鲁22届音乐硕士、23届音乐艺术硕士），长号手大卫·塞德（耶鲁22届音乐硕士、24届音乐艺术硕士），低音号手薇薇安·孔（耶鲁22届音乐硕士）。五人目前均服务于耶鲁大学“音乐进校园”项目，将艺术卓越与普及教育、文化领导力及公共服务相结合。
菲肖夫国家室内乐协会成立于1973年，总部位于印第安纳州南本德市，是美国最具权威性的室内乐组织之一。协会运营的菲肖夫全国室内乐比赛是全美历史最长、规模最大的青年室内乐竞赛。安·迪瓦恩教育家奖专门授予该赛事的优秀校友，旨在表彰其在音乐教育推广中展现的创造力及其对社区儿童和青少年的持续影响。阿莫铜管乐团凭借在社区及学校开展的创新性教育项目，以及对青少年音乐普及事业的长期投入，获得本届殊荣。
Amo Brass - which is composed of trumpeters Connor Holland '21MM 22MMA and Josh Bialkin'22MM '23MMA, hornist Olivia Martinez '22MM '23MMA, trombonist David Seder '22MM '24MMA,and tubist Vivian Kung '22MM - was selected as the winner of the Fischoff National ChamberMusic Association's Ann Divine Educator Award.
The award honors Fischoff Competition alumni whose educational outreach demonstratesoutstanding creativity and impact for children and youth across the United States. All five membersare alumni of the Yale Music in Schools Initiative, and their work reflects a shared commitment topairing artistic excellence with accessible education, cultural leadership, and public service.
